While the wines come from the UK, Europe and beyond, and are carefully researched, the business also works with the North East’s producers, stocking products such as Durham Gin, Alnwick Gin and Hepple Gin, made on the hills of Hepple in Northumberland.
Beers from local breweries can also be found at the store, such as Hadrian’s Border Tyneside Brown, Hadrian’s Border Tyneside Blonde, Consett Men of Steel and a selction of Durham Brewery beers including Azzaca IPA, with a big hop aroma of citrus and tropical fruit from the use of stunning Azacca hops.
