Durham Pride 2026 returns to the city with a vibrant celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, community, and inclusion. Bringing together residents, visitors, businesses, and allies, Pride transforms Durham into a colourful, welcoming space filled with energy, creativity, and connection.
The event features a lively Pride march through the historic city to The Sands where live performances from local and national artists, community stalls, and a packed programme of activity designed to celebrate diversity and promote equality. From family-friendly entertainment to powerful moments of visibility and solidarity, Durham Pride offers something for everyone.
Set against Durham’s iconic streets and riverside setting, the festival creates an atmosphere that is both celebratory and meaningful — highlighting the voices, stories, and achievements of LGBTQ+ communities while supporting local organisations and businesses.
Join us for Durham Pride 2026 as the city comes together to celebrate love, identity, and community.
