Join us in Durham City Centre to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces, past and present, at the Durham City Remembrance Parade and Service 2025.
The annual parade will see veterans, serving military personnel, cadet forces, and representatives from local organisations come together to pay tribute to those who gave their lives in conflict.
The parade is once again organised by the City of Durham Parish Council and will be led by the Band and Bugles of Durham Army Cadet Force which will lead a strong detachment from our county Regiment the Rifles proud successors to the Light Infantry and the Durham Light Infantry.
Members of the public are warmly invited to line the route, attend the service, and take part in this important moment of reflection and remembrance.
Please join us in showing our gratitude and respect to all who have served — and continue to serve — our country.
