Durham Pride is returning for 2024 and promises to be the biggest celebration of LGBT+ diversity Durham has ever seen.
Saturday 25th Pride in Armed Forces day is returning bigger and better to celebrate LGBT+ personnel past and present. The day will have music, bars, food, market stalls, fun fair and military themed displays. The day begins at 12pm and ends 7pm and to help with the cost of living crisis, is only 10p per person to attend. No tickets needed.
Pride Sunday 26th remains our big day and starts from the cathedral with a march through Durham City ending at the Sands Field. Although to join the march is free Sunday on the field is tickets only and due to its popularity, we recommend getting them early as we can’t guarantee entry to the field on the day, due to capacity.
Everyone can enjoy entertainment with headliners on main stage, food and bars, market stalls and a fun fair for all the family to enjoy. Tickets needed and purchasing early bird offers highly recommended.
This year Durham Pride also has its own Party Extra in the VIP area (Over 18’s Only) on the field with camp fun and entertainment for all to enjoy. Pride Party Extra will start from 7pm. Pay on the door (subject to capacity) but VIP wristbands get to remain for the Party Extra absolutely free.
